This morning I made a Dutch Baby. It was really easy and fun to make! Me and my family ate it so quick when it was done, and it was so tasty!

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup of All Purpose flour

-1/2 cup of milk

-3 large eggs

-1/4 tsp of salt

-1 tbsp of sugar

-1 tsp of vanilla extract

-4 tbsp of butter

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit. Put cast iron skillet into the oven and let it heat up. Get out a blender or a food processor and put in all the ingredients in (except Butter, do NOT put the butter in the blender). Mix on medium-low. When the oven is done preheating, Carefully take the skillet out the oven and put the butter in. Swirl it all around the sides and make sure the whole pan is covered. If it's not covered in butter it won't rise properly. Next, pour the batter into the hot skillet (carefully) and put back into the oven for 25 minutes. When it is done cooking, take it out the oven, add whatever toppings you like, and enjoy!

We made this for Mother's day. We topped it with lemon curd and blueberries. Mom (Jackie :-)) LOVED it.
